Who we are

FieldRaven is the trading name of FieldRaven Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15627319, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, we are the data controller and you can reach us at hello@fieldraven.com.

This website

fieldraven.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, no forms, no analytics, and it sets no cookies. We do not track you, profile you, or share anything about your visit with advertising or analytics providers.

The site is served by our hosting provider, which processes standard technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and delivery of the site. That processing is governed by the hosting provider's own privacy terms and retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

When you contact us

If you contact us at hello@fieldraven.com or by phone, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and details about your business. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a conversation develops, to conduct that business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or steps taken toward a contract.

We keep correspondence for as long as it stays relevant to an active or prospective engagement, and delete it on request where we have no continuing legal or contractual need to retain it.

Platforms we build for clients

Our main work is building and operating field service platforms for client companies. On those platforms, the client is the data controller for their business data — their customers, staff, and operational records — and FieldRaven acts as a data processor under a contract and data processing agreement with that client.

This policy does not cover those platforms. If your data is held in a system operated by one of our clients, the client's own privacy policy applies, and requests about that data should go to them; we support our clients in fulfilling such requests under our agreements with them.

Your rights

Where data protection law applies to data we control (such as email correspondence), you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fieldraven.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website or our correspondence handling works, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
