FieldRaven

Bespoke field service platforms

Software that fits the way your field operation actually runs.

FieldRaven designs and builds field service management platforms for niche industries — one operation at a time. Not a product you configure around. A platform modelled on your assets, your engineers, and your customers.

We're not a SaaS.

There's no product tier, no per-seat pricing, and no roadmap you have to wait on. Generic field service tools make every operation bend to the same shapes — the same job form, the same asset record, the same report. If your industry doesn't fit those shapes, you end up running your business in spreadsheets around the edges of your own software.

We do it the other way round. Each client gets one platform, built and run for them, where the data model is their operation: their asset lifecycles, their compliance paperwork, their customers' reporting formats. When the operation changes, the platform changes with it.

What we build

From the coordinator's screen to the engineer's pocket.

Operations platform

Work orders, assets, inventory, territories, and reporting — the coordinator's whole day in one system.

Field app for engineers

An offline-capable mobile app for the people doing the work — designed for gloves, vans, and patchy signal.

Customer channels

Alerts and messaging that turn a request raised on site into a scheduled work order, without a phone call.

Field report

One platform, two countries, decades of records.

Scope
Operations platform, engineer field app, customer alerts

A specialist waste-management operator was running two national businesses on two separate aging systems — job history in one, asset records in another, and the connected-equipment telemetry that drives their service model sitting outside both.

We built them a single platform: work orders, asset lifecycles, warehouse inventory, and installation tracking on the web; an offline-capable field app for engineers; and an alerts channel their customers use to raise issues directly. Equipment telemetry now lands in the same system that schedules the response to it.

  • → Two legacy systems retired, one country at a time
  • → Full historical migration, verified record by record
  • → One thread from customer alert to signed-off work order report
